Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel good about getting dirty. If your soap isn’t the perfect match, let us know. While we can’t take back used personal care products for hygiene reasons, if you’re not satisfied, email us at sales@dirtyjerseysoap.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you on a refund, replacement, or store credit—whichever makes the most sense.
Returns (Unopened Items)
Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email sales@dirtyjerseysoap.com with your order number or proof of purchase. We’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact sales@dirtyjerseysoap.com immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and a photo so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, opened or used soaps and body care items cannot be returned. Custom and bulk orders (including corporate gifts), gift cards, and sale items are also final sale.
Exchanges
If you’d like something different, the fastest option is to place a new order and, if eligible, return your unopened item as outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If so, you’ll receive your refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at sales@dirtyjerseysoap.com.
