Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, to all addresses served by USPS. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. From time to time, we may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions, which will be clearly marked on our site.

Local orders

We also offer free local pickup in Montclair, NJ or at the farmers market if we’re there that weekend. Simply choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you with details once your order is ready.

Custom orders

Custom and bulk orders (including corporate gifts) require additional lead time. If you’re placing a large or special order, please contact sales@dirtyjerseysoap.com before purchasing so we can confirm timing and delivery options.

Shipping issues

Dirty Jersey Soap Co. is not responsible for delays once a package is in transit with USPS. If your order arrives damaged or does not show up within a reasonable timeframe, reach out to sales@dirtyjerseysoap.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.
